1. Regional Lead / Moderator

   • Grew the Axis Hub user base from 3,000+ to 15,000+ users in 3 months.
   • Grew the regional Discord from 200+ to 2,000+ members through weekly community activities.
   • Hosted onboarding sessions twice weekly to educate users about the core product.
   • Hosted a weekly X Space (every Friday) and 10+ local collabs with other web3 communities to onboard new users.
   • Created the regional community page on X and grew it from 0 to 600+ members within 5 months.
   • Built a community points system to track participation, and created over 10 video guides for new users.

   • Monitored community platforms for compliance with guidelines and terms of service.
   • Engaged with the community by responding to comments, questions and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
